Another Party Skirt….

October 21, 2011

Another little princess we know is soon to be 4 so a party skirt is required of course!

Found this fun bright summery fabric and just couldn’t resist it when I found this cute fairy Te-shirt to match…I then made the glittery flower hairband to match and complete the princess party outfit….

Attack Hens….

October 1, 2011

We’ve been asked to feed the new neighbors hens for 2 weeks, promised a friendly egg laying brood, yet delicious scraps a plenty we get the attack non-egg laying hens….6 hens and a total of one egg a day!

Still its pretty reminiscent of childhood for me and we’re all enjoying the twice daily jaunt to the neighbors to see, hear, feed and steal a single egg from the 6 gorgeous, slightly crazy and very grumpy rooster-less and chick-free free-range hens. This one in particular I call Moody Miss Peck-a-licious!
