Golden Pears for Christmas…

November 29, 2011

OOOhhhh I am loving this Golden Pear I whipped up this morning – the plan had been to make the pears little opening areas to fill with delicious Christmas treats, however the pear shape didn’t look as neat this way so they are now as pictured and stuffed with poly-fill and dried cloves….mmmm look and smell very Christmassy….

Spring Party Fun & Christmas Faries….

November 18, 2011

It seems the girls have been invited to every spring born child’s birthday this year….they are very excited and having a lot of sweets and party food and fabulous party themed weekends…

For the kids due for birthday parties this week I have been busy making reading bags, skits, and a few peg fairies for my next market day….I am pleased with how they’ve all turned out. Having the kids involved in choosing the fabrics and trims always adds a little ‘ooohhhh are you sure…’ moments to my makings….
